Newborn sessions take place in my calm, private home studio in Lowestoft and are designed to feel relaxed, unhurried, and entirely baby-led.
Sessions last around 1.5–2 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, cuddles, and settling so everything moves at your baby’s pace.
Everything during your session is guided by your baby, not the clock.
We take things slowly, with plenty of time for comfort breaks whenever needed. The focus is always on creating a peaceful environment where natural, timeless images can be captured without pressure. I use neutral wraps and blankets as well as a wicker changing basket. I love to include special items so bring your favourite blanket, toys and personalised items.
My studio is warm, quiet, and comfortable, designed so you can fully relax while I work.
We often chat throughout the session about all things baby, creating a calm, natural atmosphere that feels unhurried and easy.
Mums are warmly encouraged to be part of a few images during the session, as these early moments together are truly worth capturing.
Breastfeeding images can also be included if desired, offering a natural and intimate reflection of your bond with your baby.
Partners and siblings are welcome to be included in your session.
These images are kept natural and relaxed, however participation from older children can’t always be guaranteed as everything remains baby-led.
Sitter sessions - 6 months +
Natural sitter sessions celebrating personality, expression, and early milestones
Sitter sessions are designed for babies who can sit confidently unaided and are perfect for capturing this beautiful, in-between stage of early development.
At this age, little personalities begin to shine through — curious expressions, little smiles, and natural interactions that change so quickly over time.
These sessions are kept short and relaxed, working at your baby’s pace while they are happy and engaged.
There is no pressure for perfect poses — just natural, gentle direction to capture genuine expressions and personality in a calm and comfortable way.
I keep sitter sessions simple and uncluttered, focusing on your baby without distraction.
Soft styling and neutral tones ensure the images remain timeless and elegant, allowing your baby’s personality to be the main focus.
This is a short but incredibly special stage in your baby’s first year — full of curiosity, character, and growing independence.
Sitter sessions are designed to preserve these moments beautifully, before they quickly move on to the next milestone.
